Faith Enterprise Counseling offers HIPAA compliant, secure & safe Virtual or Remote Video Therapy & Counseling.

Virtual Therapy or Remote Counseling is not that different from the In-Office Therapy & Counseling experience and can provide the safety, confidentiality and security of the In-Office session. It is basically the same counseling experience except that it is done with Video instead of In-Office. The convenience factor is very important in Virtual Therapy. People who need to schedule at times convenient for themselves, people who want/need to be at home and people who do not want to drive can all take advantage of Virtual Counseling. For depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, stress and life problems, Virtual Therapy is very good. It also works well with substance abuse and anger management if the client is willing to follow a treatment plan. It is not as effective if someone is in a mental health crisis as it is one step removed from immediate attention physically. If a client is experiencing suicidal or homicidal ideation or is having a mental health crisis, they should go to their nearest hospital emergency room or call 911.

Once you schedule a session you will receive a link via email or text at your appointment time you can click on the link, install the software if you have not already done so & the session may begin. Sessions are conducted via HIPPA compliant format through our EHR portal, Therapy Notes. Sessions may also be conducted through Psychology Today or Zoom. All patients will need to create a portal account through Therapy Notes to receive and sign intake documents before participating in initial assessments interview. FECC provides secure remote or video therapy & counseling sessions for your computer, phone or tablet.
